1331 Regulation of fibronectin production by Golgi phosphoprotein 3 (GOLPH3) in dermal fibroblasts

Golgi phosphoprotein 3 (GOLPH3) is a peripheral membrane protein of the stack and responsible for functions such as vesicle trafficking, glycosylation, maintenance conformation. However, role GOLPH3 in production extracellular matrix (ECM) dermal fibroblasts not well understood. In this study, we investigated expression its ECM production. Treatment with UVA hydrogen peroxide resulted induction cellular senescence evidenced by increases p53 p21. On other hand, ECM, collagen fibronectin, was inhibited peroxide. The also decreased under condition, indicating possible fibroblasts. We transduced recombinant adenovirus expressing microRNA (miR) targeting to downregulate expression.
